Fantastic addition to my Apex Wheelstand. Finally I will not be required to fold away my equipment everyday as I can still use my PC when Keyboard and mouse are attached to the Wheelstand.
For longer office sessions, I would of course recommend using a desk, but it improves the versatility of the Wheelstand massively.

The best complement for your APEX Wheel Stand. Having everything at hand, keyboard on one side and mouse on the other side, perfect for any SImRacing (or to be more comfortable on your PC if you use it for more things, as is my case). Like all GTOmega products, robust, functional and customizable. Both the keyboard and mouse platforms can be folded down and moved to the bottom. A marvel. 10/10

What to say about this wonder... I took a big leap from my previous mount for my Logitech G29 to this APEX Wheel Stand. It is the closest thing to a professional cockpit, without leaving you a whole year's savings. Robust, heavy, functional, portable and foldable (if you wish) & customizable. No more movement of the steering wheel and all the support in turns and sudden braking. It is the perfect solution. 10/10

Keyboard was too tall for bracket, but was still able to use it just free sitting on tray. Turned bracket upside down to use as headset hanger, which has been great

The keyboard and mouse tray makes so much difference. Simple to install and really sturdy. One to note though, is it fits both the Apex and Art. You get mounts for both Apex and Arts frames.

The keyboard tray fits to the Art Cockpit no problem. The website information needs updating to reflect this, even the box it comes in says it is for the Apex or Art Cockpit so no sure why this isn't mentioned on the website? Great company to deal with, rapid delivery.

I bought this keyboard and mouse tray and modified it to work with my Classic wheel stand. Well I didn't really modify anything per se, I just took advantage of the bolt holes in the diagonal brackets that the steering wheel housing bolts to. My only complaint is that I wish the mouse pad surface was a bit bigger, I prefer an area like 10"x12" to mouse on. But this would not be a big deal to mount a larger surface area to, which I will likely end up doing in the future. All in all, pleased with the purchase, and happy that there was plenty of hardware to mount the brackets the way I wanted to.

If you are right-handed, the product looks and works well, but I am left handed and was under the impression I would be able to mount the keyboard on the right and the mouse tray on the left side of my stand. The product is very inconvenient and uncomfortable for people who use the mouse with their left hand.

The only problem with the mouse tray is that it overlaps with the Logitech G25 gear shift level assembly, so that it's more difficult to press the buttons on the top part. And the photo instructions are quite confusing - a simpler line drawing with more steps would be better. But otherwise, a very solid product.

Was looking forward a good structure to use the New Fanatec CSL DD + keyboard and mouse tray adapter to play in Virtual Reality.
I watched some tests on youtube and I decided without regrets to take this apex base as I am able to move it when I don t need it.
The only thing (but not your fault) is the fact that I had to pay extra fees (import taxes) when the products came to me ( Belgium ) : +34 euros for the base and + 19 euros for the keyboard/mouse tray. If that can give info for other EU people ;-) Take that into account.

Was waiting until the EU store would include Lithuania as a shipping address. Thought they wouldn't ship from UK and everything would go nice. Nope. My shipment of two packages (keyboard tray and floor pad) got obviously stuck at the border customs, they managed to split it so I would have to pay the customs agency fee twice +the 20 pound shipping (what the hell??). So overall experience is awful, think I won't ever buy anything from your shop. Sad emotions only.

I did quite a bit of research before buying a wheel stand. Unfortunately I don't have the space for a full cockpit. I bought the Apex stand and am rely pleased with it. It's rock solid.
I am best described as an old person and though folding away the stand is not difficult, as I get older it may become so. I added the keyboard / mouse trays and now find I don't need to fold the stand away, I can just leave it in place. I can sim race and still use the computer. I would say that I would have liked it better if the keyboard tray had tilt as well as the existing swivel, to make it easier when used as a computer keyboard as opposed to a sim racing one. Another bonus of the Apex is the ability to add a rear extension and turn it into a cockpit, If you have the space.

Gt omega make simply fantastic products, solid well built bits of kit that quite easily fit together perfectly. As a company I've found not only their products to be top notch but also their service. The Apex keyboard tray fits perfectly on my art rig and has helped transform my keyboard use to another level. Gone are the days of balancing the keyboard on a waster paper bin at seat level down at my side where you can't see the keys. The mouse tray also looks fab but I currently don't use it due to the positioning of my button box.
In essence I would and have recommended GT Omega time and again. My one criticism is the seat. I have the more expensive race seat that's wider and pusher, but it's still uncomfortable for long sessions. I still have to use a cushion for extra comfort. Having said that, I'm a big guy, 134kg and 6ft 2. But if I pay for a better seat, I expect it to be much better especially as the whole set up can take the weight of heavier guys than me.
Apart from that, I just can't fault GT Omega, well done guys, keep up the great work.

Not sure I installed the keyboard tray per the directions but the way I did it, there is an aisle next to my rig and I can swing the keyboard against the wheel when I am not using it or swing it out when I am racing.

Very good quality product but there was literally no installation instructions and I was left to figure it out as I went. That’s the only negative I can say.

I purchased the Apex stand for both my Flight Simulator and racing setup. While it is not designed for flight simulation it works well after some very minor modifications. The keyboard and mouse tray work out well and are rock solid. The only minor thing I did not care for was the rubber surface for the mouse tray. It works in the sense that it will not fall of but the friction was a bit much when using the mouse. Instead I just 3d printed a plastic mat to set on top of it in the dimensions that I needed and worked out beautifully. The reason I did not go the full sim rig option is that I don't always game but since I put my Apex stand in front of the screen I never looked back. It's never moved since.... GT Omega makes some great products and I am really happy I went this route.

The keyboard and mouse tray are very sturdy and positioned well. I couldn't function without them. They are made like tanks, so durability and stability are not an issue. Great purchase.
